Mobile Application
Konotop Online is a mobile application designed to empower citizens to report urban infrastructure issues in the city of Konotop within seconds. The app’s primary objective is to streamline the process of addressing citizen-reported problems by swiftly directing these reports to the relevant department within the city administration for prompt resolution.
With Konotop Online, citizens can easily submit reports on various urban issues such as road damage, malfunctioning streetlights, or litter accumulation. These reports are efficiently channeled to the corresponding department for further processing.
The project was an initiative of the city administration and our Funky Line team was happy to help with its implementation
Our team took on the entire project lifecycle, starting from the creation of initial sketches and wireframes of the future application. Through collaborative brainstorming sessions and iterative design processes, we refined the concept to ensure it aligned perfectly with the goals of Konotop Online.
